If the current tile floor is uneven, it is advisable to remove the existing tiles and prepare the subfloor before installing new flooring. If the tile floor is even than yes, it is possible to install new flooring over it. 

We suggest laminate flooring however pre-finished hardwood and luxury vinyl flooring are also great options.
